Unity Gain Buffer

Non-inverting Amplifier

Adds together multiple input voltages

• Can combine multiple signals into a single output for things like DACs/mixers

Summing Amplifier

Inverting Amplifier

Signal is applied to the inverting terminal, feedback resistor takes some of the output signal and feeds it back into the input (reduced gain)

Differential Amplifier

Amplifies the difference between two input signals

• Can reject signals common to both inputs, making it useful for reducing noise
• Advantage here is that we can choose the amplification
