Strengths & Skills:

• As an individual, I find myself well-suited organizing groups of people and prioritizing tasks based on our collective individual strengths and weaknesses
• I also find myself good at managing my time well, I try to take advantage of every little break I get, and plan out my days well in advance so I can mentally prepare myself for the tasks ahead

Challenges:

• I don’t consider myself extremely technically inclined, particularly with more complex subjects, it takes me longer to gain a solid understanding of the material compared to others
• Something I am trying to work on/build is my efficiency with solving technical problems. Although I can manage my time well, I find myself spending too much time trying to figure out something my peers can pick up on relatively quickly

Personal Meaning:

• This project is important to me as I would like to continue to develop my interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• I would like to experience working in a team dynamic with other technically inclined people, typically in the past group work involved the bulk of the work being done by solely myself
